Support
Write to app@capt.page. A screenshot of the problem helps. A stitch that went wrong is easier to fix with the original screenshots, but only send them if you’re happy for them to be seen.
Platforms
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Vision Pro, each on version 26 of its operating system or later.
The beta
Capt is in TestFlight beta. There is no App Store date yet. Join the waitlist and Apple sends you an invite for the platforms you chose. New builds arrive through TestFlight, and each one runs for 90 days. To send feedback, use TestFlight’s own feedback or write to the address above.
Capt didn’t find my screenshots
- On iPhone and iPad, Capt needs access to Photos. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Capt.
- On a Mac, screenshots go to the Desktop by default. Choose a folder in Capt, or move screenshots into the iCloud Drive folder it watches.
- A run is screenshots taken close together. One screenshot on its own opens by itself, with the trim tools.
The stitch has a gap or a repeated row
When Capt isn’t sure where two screenshots meet, it puts them one under the other with nothing removed and marks the join. Select the join and drag it to the right place. Your change edits the same stitch, so nothing else moves.
Android, Windows or the web?
No. Capt is for Apple’s platforms only.
